Return Policy
At Beautifully Handled, we take pride in the quality of our beautiful drawer handles and knobs but if you have any issues with any item/s please read the following policy.
1. Eligibility for a refund
Under Australian Consumer Law we are under no obligation to refund your purchase if you change your mind, however please let us know if there are any issues with your delivery.
2. Send us an email
Please email us at info@beautifullyhandled.com.au to discuss your concerns about your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. In the event of any faulty items, pack carefully to send them back to us
Our handles are often fragile, so please ensure you pack them snuggly in their original bubble wrap or packing fill so they are not damaged in transit. We won’t refund any items that arrive broken during the transit from the customer to us, so pack carefully.
4. Track your item
We’re not responsible or liable for any missing packages on their return to us, so hold onto any tracking numbers, just in case.
What happens next?
If your return is covered by Consumer Law and you are due a refund, we’ll confirm with you via email, and it may take up to 2 weeks for processing.
We’ll then refund the amount via the original payment method less the original shipping amount or in the event that you paid no shipping - a minimum fee of AUD$15.00.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item to be faulty, please email us at info@beautifullyhandled.com.au and send us a few clear photos of the fault. If the handle was broken or damaged during installation, we won’t replace it.
Clearance Items
Clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange except under the circumstances set out in Australian Consumer Law.
